Appreciated all the reviews from everyone prior to making this selection. I love this product! My hair ; eyebrow color is very dark, almost black ; I find myself mixing the 2 colors to fill in where my brows have thinned (I'm 52), sometimes using just the lighter of the 2, which I never thought I'd even use. I'm happy to have found this rather than using an eyebrow pencil....feathers nicely ; looks more natural. Great price, too!

This kit is such a great replacement for traditional eyebrow pencils. It's very easy to blend, but be careful not to put too much. You especially have to be careful with dark shades like this because a little goes a long way. I found the powder brush in the kit a bit too stiff, so I just used a softer brush I had from one of those $1 mini brush kits you can get on a keychain. It ended up giving my brows a much softer look, where the stiff brush from the kit just would not spread the powder evenly.
It also would have been nice to have some sort of instructions printed on the package, since I doubt many first time buyers would know how to use this (especially if they normally use pencil). I decided to look up some tutorials on youtube and still ended up with mixed directions on how to use this. Some people were using the wax first, others applying it after the powder to set it. I think I like using the wax first because it helps spread the color more evenly, but probably just something you will have to experiment with.
Overall I really like this product. I tried both colors and didn't notice much of a difference, which is a bonus because now I'll be able to use them both. It seemed that the one on the right had a more reddish tint to it, making it more suitable with warm colors like you would wear in the summer. The one on the left was more neutral and would make a good fall/winter shade.

I basically have no eye brows, so I was worried this would be too dramatic. Followed the directions exactly and it was easy to apply. Washed out a little faster than when I have had it done professionally, but still a great product.

I used to have my eyebrows dyed in a beauty salon. However, this kit is to easy use and takes no more than 15 minutes to complete. You can obtain very useful visual instructions for dying your eyebrows on You Tube.

It took me a long time to get to this point, but I'll continue to buy this product as long as they make it. I have really fair eyebrows - annoyingly so - pencils and shadows go on badly, and even if I could find something that stayed put for the day, I really just don't have the time or patience to draw them every day. I wasn't sure I had enough brows to tint, but I bought the Godefroy medium brown eyebrow tint and it worked extremely well. I followed the instructions exactly - I had to go over the brows a few times, because I wasn't aggressive in the application of it (and I only left the tint on 1-2 minutes each time, checking and reapplying until they matched). It didn't stain my skin, wiped off easily, and went on lightly enough that it doesn't feel overly dramatic.
I was amazed after using the tint to find out that my natural brow shape was there all along and that I had plenty there to work with, despite fears that my brows might be too sparse. Now that they're tinted, no more guesswork into shaping, which was formerly impossible (you can't tweeze what you can't see)!
I would especially recommend this product to anyone who wants to take their brows from blonde to brown without the change appearing drastic.

I had used this product several years ago and loved it then was unable to find it again. Now it's back and I am very happy. I have very light, sparse eyebrows with some gray hair as well. I use this product and it darkens them to my very light brown hair color and does cover the gray. I would say that it doesn't last for 6 weeks but it doesn't take long to dye them, so it's no big deal. If you are looking for a lighter shade, I would suggest only leaving it on for about 30-45 seconds. The first time I looked like Groucho Marx. And I hadn't protected my surrounding skin so it was everywhere. It will dye your skin and it does last for a day or two. So make sure that you use something on the surrounding skin to protect it. I apply a thin layer of mineral oil with a Q-tip (baby oil is exactly the same, it just has fragrance added) and I use a small, stiff angled makeup brush to apply it. I don't care for the wooden applicators they give you. If it is too light, you can always do it again. And the amount of dye in the capsules can be divided up and you don't have to use a whole capsule at a time. I get at least twice as many applications this way. But like I said, my eyebrows are thin and sparse so you will have to evaluate it for yourself. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have sensitive skin and I have no reaction to the dye. Just be very careful that you do not mix it too thin and it drips. The last thing you want is dye dripping in your eye. That's why I prefer the brush over the stick. You can control it much easier.
